Global Ties South Africa is a nonprofit diplomacy and international affairs organization that promotes the interest and involvement of every citizen in their nations’ international relations, through initiatives that encourage people-to-people exchange across borders and cultures.
 
Specifically, our MISSION is to utilize international exchange and citizen diplomacy as catalysts for strengthening international relations, building individual and institutional capacity, stimulating change, and developing sustainable global connections that have local impacts.

Global Ties South Africa is an independent nonprofit organization, based in South Africa; and a proud member of the Global Ties Network! It was founded by an alumnus of the University of Pretoria, who is also an exchange programme alumnus, and professional.
